We generally do not accept returns without a valid reason. We will do our best to pack the packages carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Most Sofubi items are not restocked. However, art toys and GK items are restocked periodically. The timing is not fixed.

In theory, EMS can cover any area. If you are in a very remote or war-torn area, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. The refund does not include any PayPal fees. In other words, we cannot provide a full refund.
